According to accreditation of the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS). The international State Parliament of Safety and Peace (the Decision of the Management of Parliament from November, 12th, 2007. Registration 0/33) to create in IUFS Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council which has the full right, independently to award scientific degrees of the International Doctor of philosophy and International Grand Doctor the Philosophies officially recognized by the Governments of all States (now them more than 155), entering in the International State Parliament of Safety and Peace (IPSP) – New Association of the Nations (NSN) as the Intergovernmental Organization of the States (IOS).
In structure of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC) which is formed and affirms IUFS, can enter Grand Doctors of Philosophy from the various states of the world and various higher educational institutions and scientific research institutes, the state and public Academies.
The intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IUFS) can have regional branches (Small Academic councils) in the various states and the cities which are being one country and in the different countries of the world.
The concrete structure of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IUFS) will be certain depending on the acted offers and recommendations from the state bodies of a various level and character from the different countries of the world.
Now IUFS starts formation of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC).
