Decree

on the approval of Sergey Anatolyevich Katansky as Grand Doctor of Philosophy in the field of martial arts, Prior of Russia of the Order of Knights of Science.

By the power of the Eternal Sky and the grace of God, We, a direct descendant of Genghis Khan on the male line from the House of Jochi and Khan of Siberia Kuchum, have decided.

By OUR decree, Sergey Anatolyevich Katansky, Grand Doctor of Philosophy in the field of martial arts, is confirmed in the position of Prior of Russia of the International Order of Knights of Science.

Holding the position of Prince of the Order, he has the right, on behalf of the Sovereign, to approve doctors of science of the Inter-university Academic Council (Inter-university Academic Council Paris) of Russia for the conferral of knightly titles, to issue them with certificates, passports of Knights of the Order, and to certify them with his signature and seal.

He may leave his post at the will of the Sovereign,

due to physical death, health reasons, or unwillingness to perform his duties.

What is given cannot be taken away, but only added to

Head of the House of Genghis Khan, Tsarevichs and Princes of Siberia, Supreme Ruler of the Dynastic Order of the Siberian Kingdom. Sovereign and source of honour (fons honorum) of the Order of Knights of Science.
