Decree

on the appointment of Academician, Grand Doctor of Philosophy Jayasekera Mudiyanselage Santi Pushpa Kumara Graf Gereuth as Grand Master of the Order of Knights of Science

of the Eternal Sky, by the power and grace of God, We, a direct descendant of Genghis Khan on the male line from the House of Jochi and Khan of Siberia Kuchum, have decreed.

By OUR decree, academician, Grand Doctor of Philosophy Jayasekera Mudiyanselage Santi Pushpa Kumara Graf Gereuth is appointed Grand Master of the International Order of Knights of Science.

Holding the position of Prince of the Order during his lifetime, he has the right, on behalf of the Sovereign, to approve the doctors of science of the Inter-university Academic Council (Inter-university Academic Council Paris) for the conferral of knightly titles, to issue them with certificates and passports of Knights of the Order, and to certify them with his signature and seal.

He may leave his post at the will of the Sovereign,

due to physical death, health reasons, or unwillingness to perform his duties.

What is given will not be taken away, but only added to

Head of the House of Genghis Khan, Tsarevichs and Princes of Siberia, Supreme Ruler of the Dynastic Order of the Siberian Kingdom. Sovereign and source of honour (fons honorum) of the Order of Knights of Science.
