Monday, 06 June 2016 08:24

7th International Scientific congress at the United Nations in Geneva

on 5th, 6th and 7th September 2016

“Education, Science, Culture and  Peace  in modern World”

Education, science and culture are truly significant background for spiritual and material preservation, success, development and improvement of the humanity and every single soul on our restless planet. Education, science and culture possess organic interaction: they fulfill, complement and intercross each other. At the same time, education, science, culture is, by nature, the interaction of their comprising beginnings: of the spiritual and original.

Education is the interaction of intellectual education (teaching) and spiritual education (upbringing).

Science is the interaction of getting knowledge about the material and spiritual reality and the teaching how to use it.

Culture is the purposeful spiritual activity, which has material expression. Culture is the interaction, personification of the knowledge about the material and spiritual reality and upbringing with the orientation on it.

There is the immediate interaction of the intellectual education as learning with the help of science of spiritual education and upbringing with the help of culture.

There is also a mediated interaction of intellectual education as learning and science as getting knowledge; spiritual education as the upbringing of culture and personification of knowledge; science as education and culture as upbringing; the education by knowledge and its fulfillment; getting knowledge and upbringing by it.

The idea of the interaction between education, science and culture and the interaction of their beginnings present an endless range of opportunities for consideration, explanation, analysis and assessment of the interaction of different phenomena at different levels, the widest and various national and historically significant materials, for its practical application and for original expression.

Undoubtedly, international congress “Education, science and culture in modern world” is able to realize such opportunities and to open and confirm productive way for a move forward, both spiritual and material, for the modern humanity and for every single soul.

Seventh World Scientific Congress

International Higher Academic Councuil
International University of Fundamental Studies(IUFS)

The 26-27th of November, 2015 in Saint Petersburg(Russia) the Seventh World Scientific Congress (WSC) will take place on the theme: "Originality in science and  art". The subject of WSC is significant and highly important in the society. In modern world two negative trends have clearly appeared, manifesting themselves in science and art. On the one hand, the categoric approval of the tough conformism, unappealable conviction of dissidence, blind submission to fashion and stereotypes in thinking and behavior. On the other, not reasoned and limitless self-expression and self-aggrandizement, permissiveness everywhere.

Essentially, both trends are interrelated, making the personality devoid of its own internal support and interaction with the outside world, materially and spiritually helpless and easily managed even by the most negative forces. The person is deprived of genuine originality, theoretically and practically necessary in science and art, as well as originality as a real manifestation of true personal identity.

Participants of WSC are really original scientists and artists who make their own original contribution to the development and improvement of advanced science and art, for the benefit of mankind, each and every one.
Advanced science and art are not beyond "sanctions" control, they are the carriers of the truth, and truth always was, is and will be outside any "sanctions". The art and science itself impose only one sanction - "to tell and defend the truth always and everywhere". The truth is necessary for all the people, whatever they were doing. The persuasive and accessible expression of truth can and must be truly original whether in science, and in art. The truth itself needs it also, as well as science and art that express the truth in a original way.
In the work of the WSC there will participate authoritative scientists in the modern world, and public figures from Russian Federation, former Soviet republics(Armenia, Bielorussia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Estonia) and far-abroad countries(Australia, Austria, England, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Hungary, Gambia, Ghana, Germany, Egypt, India, Spain, Italy, Cameroon, China, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Nigeria, New Zealand, USA, Finland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Sri Lanka and Equatorial Guinea).
At WSC there will be listened greetings, reports, messages and speeches.

There will be award of international diplomas, certificates, medals, etc. By WSC materials is preparing for publication in printed and electronic form.
The Seventh WSC will be held on November 26-27, 2015 at the address:Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Bolshaya Morskaya str., 45.
Getting started at 10: 00 am.
