According to the Order of the INTERNATIONAL GOVERNMENTAL HIGHER ACADEMIC COUNCIL

from 12.11.2007 № 0/33 «About the accreditation of the International University of Fundamental Studies» and the Order from 20.09.2011 decides:

To create under the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) the International Institute of Intellectual Property (IIIP).

To confirm the enclosed:

INTERNATIONAL GOVERNMENTAL HIGHER ACADEMIC COUNCIL

International Institute of Intellectual Property (IIIP)

To allow the IIIP to have up to 5 deputy administrators (on 5 continents), a secretary of the deputy administrator for each of them, and also up to 5 experts in the main lines of the activity of the IIIP.
